Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When should I book my florist?
A: As soon as you know your date and venue, it’s a good idea to reach out! Most of our couples book their flowers about 9–12 months out. If your wedding falls in a busy season (spring or fall), the earlier the better — this gives us time to dream with you, talk through your style, and make sure your favorite blooms are in season.
Q: What’s a realistic budget for wedding flowers?
A: A good rule of thumb is setting aside 10–15% of your overall wedding budget for flowers. That said, every wedding is unique! Your budget will really depend on how many arrangements you’d like and the overall vibe you’re going for — from intimate and simple to full, lush, and detailed. Our goal is always to guide you through options that bring your vision to life while staying mindful of what feels comfortable for you.
Q: How can I best repurpose the flowers for my ceremony to my reception?
A: For an additional fee, our team is happy to move your ceremony flowers to the reception in order to maximize their impact and your overall budget. Aisle markers or ceremony backdrop pieces can be repurposed to elevated arrangements on guest tables, around sweetheart or cake tables, or in front of a band stage. Bridesmaid bouquets can be placed in vases and be used as accent arrangements on tables - the list goes on! We would love to brainstorm creative ways to make the most of your flowers!
Q: Do you rent vases, arches, or other decor?

Q: Can you handle large installations (mandaps, arches, hanging florals, etc.)
