We are always excited to work with Dawn at Premier Wed, one of our best friends and planners in the wedding business. We know she is going to bring it from the first meetings with the wedding couple to the day of the wedding.

For Lucie and Pranav coming from different religious backgrounds, it was important to honor both on their wedding day. This made their wedding a special pleasure to be able to use both a colorful palette for the Hindu ceremony and a classic southern feeling with greens and whites for the Catholic ceremony. From the first meeting we knew the Hindu Mandap at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center would be epic! With both Lucie and Pranav not living in Nashville it was important that we got their vision in that first meeting and were able to build that vision with Dawn at Premier Wed over the next 9 months.

The big day started for us about 4am at the Schermerhorn to adorn the Mandap and transform the great hall for the Hindu ceremony. This was the first time we had seen the Mandap in person as it was rented from Devine Decor in Atlanta, Ga. It was beautiful and everything we wanted for Lucie and Pranav!

While the couple was at the Catholic Cathedral we went to work on flipping the great hall at the Schermerhorn for the reception. Lucie and Pranav love the outdoors and Premier Wed brought crepe myrtles rented from Tants Plants. They also wanted to their table scapes to be lush with a classic romantic feel. We knew our tall crystal candelabra’s mixed with eucalyptus and floral garlands and lots for votives would set the mood for a perfect romantic reception. Florals and greenery used were anemone, carnation, blue thistle, David Austin Keira garden rose, blue hydrangea, light pink hydrangea, white hydrangea, oriental lilies, white mondial roses, white peony, quicksand rose, sahara rose, porcelina spray rose, white majolica spray rose, silver dollar eucalyptus, seeded eucalyptus, parvi eucalyptus, Italian ruscus and fancy fern.
